Orders take a standard of 1-7 Business days to process, not including weekends/ holidays regardless of method of shipment selected.

Standard Shipping takes an additional: 2-5 business days

Expedited Shipping takes an additional: 1-3 business days

International Orders takes an additional: 7-21 Business days

We check our inventory before sending the items out to make sure all items are durable for you. All pvc charms are more durable for daily use than metal charms. Please be more percausious with metal ones as they are a little more fragil. If by any chance your item breaks within 7 days from when your items have stated delivered we can go ahead and issue a refund or replace the item if the item is still in stock but in order to do so you must provide a photo of the damage item (if you are not able to provide a photo of the damage item we will be

unable to assit you). We will not accept any claims if 7 days have passed from your delivery date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
