SHIPPING QUESTION

How long does shipping take?

Orders take a standard of 3-12 business days to process, not including weekends/ holidays regardless of method of shipment selected.

Standard Shipping takes an additional: 2-5 business days

Expedited Shipping takes an additional: 1-3 business days

International Orders takes an additional: 7-21 Business days

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide!

what do I do If I input the incorrect address?

If you have inserted the incorrect address when checking out please notify us within 2 hours from the time you made your purchase. If you do not notify us within 2 hours we will no longer be able to change your address.

I did not receive a conformation email /tracking number what do I do?

Before contacting us please check your spam and junk mail often times our emails will end up in there, after you have checked your email and you are still unable to locate it please email us with the following information:

Name, Address and Email

My package states "Returned to sender"

If your package states returned to sender that is because you have inserted the incorrect address. Please email us and we will assit you as soon as possible. Please be aware there will be a reshipping fee of $7 if you would like the items reshipped. If you decide you no longer want the items resent there will be a $8 cancelation fee. Please note this fee is nonrefundable for any reason given. When purchasing you agree to our policy’s stated on our website. 

If your items get resturned to us but get lost in transit we are not responsible for the package you will need to contact Usps.

LOST PACKAGE

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to health and sanitary reasons ALL items are FINAL SALE - Therefore ALL ITEMS are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

I'm missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

If you receive our product defective you must notify us within 72 hours from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. Please email us at theeicylabel@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached along with your invoice. We will not accept claims after 72 hours after delivery time has passed. 

My item broke what do I do?

We check our inventory before sending the items out to make sure all items are durable for you. All pvc charms are more durable for daily use than metal charms. Please be more percausious with metal ones as they are a little more fragil. If by any chance your item breaks within 7 days from when your items have stated delivered we can go ahead and issue a refund or replace the item if the item is still in stock but in order to do so you must provide a photo of the damage item (if you are not able to provide a photo of the damage item we will be unable to assit you). We will not accept any claims if 7 days have passed from your delivery date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  

Do I have any warranty on my items?

All products have a 7-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

If your item breaks or is damaged in any way, we will refund you for the item or send a replacement out if the item is still in stock. For all warranty claims, please email us. The warranty claim must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and photos must be included of damage to initiate a claim.

I purchased two separate orders can you combine them?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to combine orders. They will ship separately and in the order we received them.

I placed an order can I add more items?

Once your order is placed we are unable to add on, so please make sure you're are confident on your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. There will be no fee if you cancel within 2 hours. If you cancel your order after 2 hours from placing your order there will be a fee of $8.00 for Restocking/Cancellation. Please note this fee is nonrefundable for any reason given. When purchasing you agree to our policy’s stated on our website. 

Please note if we have created a shipping label for your items we can not cancel your order.
